A joint team of security personnel from the Fire Service, NADMO, and military, are trying to have access to the location. They were unsuccessful as at the time of filing this report, due to heavy flooding along the stretch leading to the burnt facility.
The fire, which started at about some few minutes past 10pm Wednesday evening, is still spreading to adjoining structures.
