Lawyer Captain Nkrabea Effah Darteh, Counsel for one of the suspended 7 high court judges has said that he’ll not compromise to have Anas masked when he appears before the disciplinary committee.

According to him, he’s looking out for a clean engagement with the investigative journalist without him (Anas) wearing a veil.

“If by God’s grace I’m alive and I meet with Anas at the disciplinary committee I will insist that he’ll not be interrogated while wearing a veil.”

Captain Effah Darteh intimated that he’ll not relent in turning to the Supreme court to seek redress of the matter, should he be denied this at the committee level.

Seven out of the 12 high court judges were on Friday October 2, suspended by Vice President, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, acting as President in the absence of President John Mahama.

The Chief Justice, Georgina Wood, had earlier suspended 22 magistrates who were also allegedly caught on camera by Anas Aremeyaw and his Tiger Eye PI team, receiving bribes to influence certain cases.
