Renowned Counselor, George Lutherodt, has stated that the insufficient number of days of leave given to lactating mothers by their employers must be reconsidered.

He said most employers out of greed and selfishness refuse to give lactating mothers sufficient days to take care of their infants. This he’s described as cruel.

Speaking on Efisem on Kasapa 102.3 FM Saturday, Counselor Lutherodt said, until the issue of child molestation is curbed, lactating mothers and women in general must be freed off all other jobs which would demand much of their time.

He indicated that due to fear of losing one’s job most women entrust their children to the care of either family or friends which usually does not end well.
