Popular dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale after giving his escort a weighty slap at the just ended S-Concert organised by EIB Network, has said the slap was stage-managed.
The ‘Taking over’ artiste in a phone interview with Gattuso, host of ‘Aben Wo Ha’ on Kasapa FM, was swift to state that the hefty slap received by his bodyguard was part of his stagecraft which was well rehearsed.
Though the multiple award winning dancehall artiste has been inconsistent with reports concerning the slapping incidence, he did a great service to his SM brand by acquiring a brand new motorbike as a compensation to his bodyguard to halt the hullabaloo surrounding the incidence.
According to Wale, negative news in Ghana sells a lot than the positive ones, so the over a month rehearsed slapping galore was masterminded to change the dynamics.
“You like news; I won’t give you positive news anymore. From now, I’m going to give you negative news but that negative news won’t get me into trouble” Shatta Wale noted.
Shatta Wale on Tuesday, December 4, 2017 purchased a brand new motorbike for his bodyguard, Biggie Sparta.
The motorbike compensation to the loyal bodyguard came after he received a hefty slap from his pay master, Shatta Wale at the just ended S-Concert.
From a close source, the ‘Kakai’ hitmaker gave the bodyguard some thousands of Ghana Cedis, also to compensate him for the weighty slap.
Biggie Sparta was slapped by Wale during the S concert, for what many say, is Sparta making it easy for an unwelcomed fan to join him (Wale) on stage.
The incident led to a lot of backlash, with many asking the Dancehall artiste to apologize.
Sparta claims that he will forever be loyal to Wale even if he slaps him several times. He adds that many people don’t understand the love that he has for Wale.
