Psalm Adjeteyfio, the Ghanaian actor who featured in the popular television ‘Taxi Driver’, has quit active acting and now into full time ministry.

The veteran actor said he wants to channel the little energy left in him to serve and do his maker’s work, something he has always craved to do, adding that the time has come for him to give his attention to God’s work since he had served the world with the best part of his life in acting.

The ailing actor who is currently battling a heart condition disclosed that his reason for quitting active acting is because of his health condition, saying that he hardly gets the chance to be on location when he is cast for a role in drama series or movies.

“It gives me so much joy whenever I talk to people about God and I feel so happy deep down. Once you submit to God, you work for him, It’s His business to care for you.

“3 months ago, I couldn’t talk straight because I was panting. People have invited me for roles but I tell them that I can’t play that role because of my current situation. No film maker will have time for you.” He told TV3.
