On numerous occasions, some Ghanaian artistes have said their hard work in the music industry has not paid off as they expected.

Others have even refused answering the question on whether or not music is fetching them enough money.

However, the story is different with Nii Addo Quaynor, better known by his stage name Tinny.

Rapper Tinny told Kwame Bee on Di Wu Lane Mu show on Kasapa FM that presently doing music is lucrative.

According to the ‘Aleste Kankpe’ hitmaker what makes music a profitable career now is the shows artiste are billed to perform on.

“I think now the industry is paying more than before because artistes get gigs.” Tinny told Kwame Bee.
