After going through a very competitive race for the First National Vice-Chair position of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), three candidates came out with flying colours at the event that was held at the Koforidua Technical University.

The three, Rita Talata Asobayire, a former National Women’s Organiser of the elephant family polled 3,670 votes to become the First National Vice-Chair of the NPP while Mr. Frederick Fredua Antoh, polled 3,185 votes to complete his transition from Third National Vice-Chairman to Second Vice-Chairman of the NPP.

Mr. Michael Kwasi Omari-Wadie completed the list by winning the Third National Vice-Chairman of the NPP by polling 3,028 votes.
