A former Deputy General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Obiri Boahen who is highly incensed by the delay of the case involving the slain Member of Parliament, J. B Danquah Adu has said he will shortly be meeting with the Inspector General of Police(IGP), David Asante Apeatu,  to tell him his piece of mind.

“I’ll advise myself; I’ll make a date with the IGP, I’ll see the Interior Minister and I’ll see the Chief of Staff and I’ll tell them my piece of mind. It’s not fair the way the case is being delayed,” Obiri Boahen fumed.

He told Kasapa 102.5 FM: “The investigator himself didn’t come to court. If we are serious and conscious to have the matter heard, the investigator who absented himself in court without tangible reasons should have been interdicted by now. I’m scandalized the way Police are causing the case to be adjourned unnecessarily.”
