Kwame Nsiah-Apau, known in showbiz circles as Okyeame Kwame has admitted he is not fit to run for the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) presidency position.
In an interview with Atinka Fm’s Candyman, the Rap Docta said he is not ready to play the leadership role in the music industry for many reasons.
OK disclosed he is not endowed with that tolerance and capability to lead top-notch artistes like Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, others who are leaders in their own circles to that expected destination.
The 2009 Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the year added that as a citizen of Ghana who is aware of the culture of trading insults in the country, he isn’t ready to tolerate the insults people will rain on him as an occupant of that position and for that matter will not make any attempt to contest that position.

The MUSIGA election which Will come off next year to elect a new president to replace the current president, Bice Osei Kuffuor popular known as Obour, have had names of big shots like Appietus, Samini expressing interest to contest the for the presidency though not confirmed.
MUSIGA election is slated for 28th June 2019 to elect a new leader to succeed Bice Osei Kuffour popular known as Obour to keep the industry running.
