In an interview with Obaapa, she reiterated that it was a covenant between her and God.
“Ever since I started doing this, God has been more than faithful to me. His blessings are endless. My dream is to build an orphanage but until then I won’t stop giving back to the needy especially orphans.
“My team and I are also organizing a Medical and Mental Health screening as well as registering attendants unto the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS). It is my little quota in giving back to society.
“Giving is one of the greatest commissions the Bible encourages every Christian to undertake. Luke 6: 38 encourages Christians to always give so as to be given in return.” Obaapa Christy on why she wants to donate proceeds accrued from the sale of tickets at her album launch to orphanage homes.
