NPP National Chairman, Freddie Blay

The National Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party(NPP), Freddie Blay says the current regime is all set to handle the country’s affairs again.

“If I look around, the beauty of the arrangements, the efficiency, the way we’ve gone about this is a manifestation of a government that is prepared, ready, knowledgeable, and capable of managing the affairs of this country,” he told members of the party and gathering during the launch of the NPP’s 2020 manifesto.

According to Blay, within the three and a half years the NPP government has kept faith in the people of Ghana to a great extent and deserves another term to better the lots of Ghanaians.

The event is being held virtually as a result of Coronavirus.

Following this, the structure and form of the NPP event have been affected on the back of the virus outbreak, hence a deviation from the usual outdoor event normally witnessed by a mammoth crowd.

The manifesto committee was chaired by Madam Oboshie Sai Coffie. Members include includes Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, Sammi Awuku, Lord Commey, Evron Hughes, Kwabena Abankwa Yeboah, Collins Nuamah, Robert Kutin Jnr, Kate Gyamfua and Abibata Shanni Mahama.
