The New Patriotic Party Parliamentary Candidate for Ajumako Enyan Essiam Constituency Hon. Dr. Rashid Kwesi Etuaful has held a mega health screening session at Enyan Abaasa in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam Constituency with over 1,500 people benefiting.

According to Dr. Rashid Kwesi Etuaful, this is the third time he has organized such a program in the District and he intends to organize same in all the 5 Paramouncies in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District.

“I have the people’s health at heart so I want all my constituents to remain healthy in order to continue doing their daily activities in good health. I have been talking to the constituents about their challenges and I have noticed that they don’t have money to take care of their health so I decided to organize free Health screening for my people without taking any money from them.

“Aside, organizing the free Health screening, I am also renewing Health insurance cards, and registering health insurance cards for the people of the Ajumako Enyan Essiam Constituency. I have also given over 1000 mathematical sets to all the BECE candidates in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District prior to the Basic Education Certificate Examination which is coming off coming Monday,” Dr Etuaful stated.

He added: “I have also provided apprenticeship training to over 1000 Youths in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam Constituency. I have also given work and pay taxis to numerous Youths in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District, and have also helped most of the drivers to get Driving License as well as ensure many other developmental projects in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam Constituency.”

The Principal Nursing Officer for the University of Education Winneba, Ajumako Campus, Fredrick Ansah advised residents to regularly engage in physical exercises and desist from lifestyles that will harm their health.
