CEDECO Group of Companies has donated items worth thousands of Ghana cedis to Hope Training Institute in Ayawaso in Accra.

The items include bags of rice, oil, water, assorted Drinks and many others.

Speaking to Kasapa Fm, the Director of Finance for the company Mr. Sebastian Yormasah, stated that, the donation forms part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility to give back to the society.

According to him the reason why they chose Hope Training Institute was because of the work that they are doing for the Ghanaian society by taking teenagers mostly boys off the streets to train and help them secure a better future for their lives.

He noted that the company which is situated in the same Ayawaso community has for many years monitored the operations of the institute and acknowledges their good work.

The senior House master of Hope Training Institute Ernest Obeng Ofosu who received the items on their behalf thanked CEDECO group for this wonderful donation and also appealed to other corporate institutions to emulate what CEDECO group has done for them to be able to continue to do the good work they are doing for Mother Ghana.
