Airtel Ghana has announced an increase in the weekly cash prize from GHC 10,000 to GHC 15,000, Rosy Fynn, Marketing Director at Airtel Ghana has disclosed.
The Smartphone Network also announced an extension in its groundbreaking “WoMmereNie” promotion to further reward millions of customers.
Rosy Fynnsaid “by popular request, we are extending the duration of Ghana’s biggest and most rewarding recharge promotion “WoMmereNie” to enable more Airtel customers participate and win.
As a business, we are relentless in our quest to reward and respond to the needs of our customers. We know our customers have bold ambitions and aspirations and we identify with these hence the launch of “WoMmereNie” to empower them to realise their aspirations this year.
“WoMmereNie” has seen an overwhelming endorsement by Ghanaians across the country and our customers have been emphatic in their call for an extension to the promotion so they can continue winning the amazing prizes on offer. We have heard them and in response, we are extending the promo for an additional 30 days”.
Rosy Fynn said the introduction of the daily cash prizes will add to existing prizes on offer and further enrich the lives of its customers by empowering them to pursue their dreams.
She indicated that the company since 8thMay,have beengiving out GHC 2,000 every day to two customers who accumulate the highest points at the end of the day.
She said the company has alsoramped-up weekly cash prize to reward its loyal customers.
Launched in February 2017, Airtel Ghana has rewarded over 2.5million customers, who recharge with GHC 2 and above, with Smartphones, data bundles and free on-net minutes alongside weekly and monthly cash prizes of over GHC180, 000.
WoMmereNie has proven to be the biggest recharge promotion in Ghana with more than 2.5 million customers rewarded till date and many more to come within the next one month”.
At the end of the promo in June, one customer will walk away with the ultimate cash prize of GHC 150,000 with the first and second runners-up bagging GHC 100,000 and GHC 75,000 respectively.
The promo is opened to all Airtel prepaid customer who recharge with GHC 2 and above.
