Reigning Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) Artiste of the Year’ Joseph Oscar Mettle, popularly referred to as JOE METTLE was on Saturday, June 24 crown the ‘Man of the Year Entertainment’ at the second edition of Exclusive Men of the Year Awards.
The event held at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel saw the gospel music sensation, beat off stiff competition from Stonebwoy, Lil Win, Shatta Wale, Dj Black and Kofi Asamoah to win the ‘Entertainer of the Year’.
As one of the competitive categories, ‘Entertainer of the Year’ winner was voted by the general public and the Academy.
The EMY Awards celebrate and tell the untold stories of great men to inspire and encourage others to aspire to be great.
The first edition held in 2016 saw Sarkodie beat off stiff competition from Shatta Wale, EL, Adjetey Annan (Pusher) and Kalybos to win big the 2016 EMY’s Entertainer of the Year award.
