Former RSC Anderlecht Midfielder Niii Odartey Lamptey has hailed Frank Acheampong for his juicy move to Chinese Super League side Tianjin Teda FC.
Odartey in an exclusive interview with Kasapa Sports on the winger’s move says it is wise decision that the 23-year old has taken.
“It’s a wise decision that Frank has taken because the contract is a mouthwatering one and although some people might think it is wrong decision but to me it is for the betterment of his welfare because he has played Anderlecht for more than three seasons moreover the Chinese league is not as bad as people think.
“I believe that after the six- month stint he can still come back to Europe and continue with his career,” Odartey told Kasapa Sports.
Influential Ghana winger Frank Acheampong completed a six-month loan deal to Chinese Super League side Tianjin Teda FC.
The former Buriram United Star could land a permanent deal if he still wants to stay in the Asian country. He will be playing alongside former Nigeria Super Eagles skipper John Obi Mikel who joined the club last season.
