Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports Vincent Oppong Asamoah has rubbished reports claiming the winning bonus for players of the Black Stars has been slashed by some 50 percent.
Speaking exclusively to Kasapa Sports, Asamoah said the Sports Ministry has not concluded on any suchagreement.
“I have heard a lot of discussions on radio but officially the Ministry has not issued any certified statement, in case there is something like that we will dialogue with all stakeholders.”
Asamoah also spoke to the issue of owed bonuses to the team for their last Nations Cup game against Maurtius in Accra, insisting they have not been able to pay because of financial constraints.
