The Ghana Black Stars is facing the Red Devils of Congo Brazzaville this afternoon at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi in the FIFA 2018 World Cup qualifier.
The Stars need victory in this particular game to bring them into contention for a place in next year’s World cup after Egypt lost 1-0 to Uganda in Kampala yesterday.
The challenge for today should be the first of four victories to be chased by the Stars in order to brighten their chances of qualifying for the 2018 World Cup.
Ghana sit in third spot following disappointing results in Tamale (0-0 vs Uganda) and Egypt (0-2 vs Egypt) late last year.
