NDC’s, Appiah Stadium, the embattled activist of the main opposition and a serial caller was given a rapturous welcome when he earlier touched base at the Kumasi Airport Wednesday.
Appiah Stadium was met with a grand traditional music and dance[Kete] in Kumasi, where he was seen dancing in style to the Kete after being freed by the Police on his “drug addict” comments made against President Akufo-Addo.
The NDC activist, born as Frank Kwaku Appiah, was picked up on Tuesday in Kumasi and was subsequently transferred to the CID Headquarters in Accra for interrogation.
But President Nana Akufo-Addo, according to a statement signed by the Information Minister, Mustapha Hamid will not take up claims made against him by the accused[Appiah Stadium] that he smokes marijuana.
