Three players who plies trade in Europe were selected for the prestigious award at the Movenpick Hotel on Monday morning.

Liverpool duo Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane made the final list alongside side Gabonese and Broussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The shortlists for the topmost award, African Player of the Year, were unveiled by Ex-Ghana defender, Sammy Kuffour.

The Awards Gala will take place on Thursday, 4 January 2018 in Accra, Ghana.
