At least 8 persons are feared dead after an Nsawam-Accra bound sprinter bus in the early hours of Tuesday, February 13 was involved in an accident at Tantra-hills in Accra.
Eye witness says the bus somersaulted when it got its back tyre burst at Tantra Hill which caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
There are reports of long delays on the carriageway following a serious gridlock near the scene of the accident.
Meanwhile, both the police and fire service are on the scene to help in rescue efforts.
