The Managing Director of Engen Ghana Ltd, Mr. Henry Ofori Akwaboah has stated emphatically that the siting of fuel filling stations is not the cause of filling station explosions in the country.
Explaining this to Leticia Ohene-Asiedu on Season 2 of “Business Digest with Tish”, Mr. Ofori Akwaboah said a country like South Africa has service stations under buildings but have not caused explosions.
He said service station owners must pay attention to safety measures and hiring the right people.
