Over 15,000 music lovers who attended the 8th edition of the Ghana Meets Naija were never disappointed with regards to the awesome performances from their very best artistes at the Fantasy Dome, Trade Fair.
Ghana Meets Naija as the only musical concert that has constantly served as the ultimate platform for the West African countries to execute their longstanding sibling rivalry in the area of music, had over twenty artistes from Ghana, Nigeria and Sierra Leone performed on the night.
Kasapafmonline.com’s interaction with most music fans at the venue revealed that Wizkid, Patapaa, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy were top rated as best performers on the night.
Stonebwoy’s performance was top-notch as he performed in his camouflage depicting his readiness on a rescue mission on the night. He even surprised the crowd by bringing the Black Star Captain, Baby Jet on stage to perform “Dirty Enemies”.
Shatta Wale’s surprise performance at the 2018 Ghana Meets Naija concert was preceded by an introduction by headline artiste, WizKid.
“Bring down the light, Ghana! I have my brother with me tonight. Make some noise for the dancehall king” stated the former before the latter stepped onto the stage to loud cheers.
Wale started his performance with the song ‘Freedom.’
Pataapa’s stage acts was the most talked about as he entertained fans with songs like One corner, Body Fi Body, Akwaaba et al.
The award-winning artiste exhibited nothing more than a great performance as patrons yearned for more on the night.
There were a lots of spectacular performances from artistes like Ponobiom, Fancy Gadam, Mr. Eazi, Maryorkun, Dice Alice, KiDi, King Promise, Kuami Eugene, Sista Afia, Wisa, Obibini, Kumi Guitar amongst others on the bill.
Last night’s Ghana Meets Naija concert lived up to the hype. It was worth all the ticket chase. Ghana meets Naijal event has constantly proven a sought-after platform.
