Ghanaian artiste, B4Bonah has listed Sarkodie’s work ethic as one of the things he looks out for before deciding to collaborate with a colleague artiste.
The ‘Dear God‘ artiste mentioned the latter’s “splendid” moves as an example of what he considers when making a decision on whether to work with another artiste on a project or not.
“First of all, those people need to kill me with their every move. Somebody like Sarkodie, hands down, every move he makes – splendid! Like he makes sure he gets the job down and this is what we look out for,” explained B4Bonah to Eli Kharis on Rythmz Live On GhOneTV.
“I feel like we need to connect as people, as individuals. There should be some form of connection or it’s going to be difficult for you and I to work. Respect! the ultimate. Those three. Without respect, there is not going to be any form of understanding.”
He also spoke about why some ‘underground’ acts face difficulties when they want to work with an established artiste.
“It took time for me to approach them. The reason why they are complaining I think is because they don’t put time to build themself enough to be worthy enough to put themselves in from of those guys.”
