The Auditor-General has accused former Deputy Minister of Education, Elizabeth Amoah Tetteh of illegally holding on to her official vehicle, several years after she left office.

He observed that three officers between 2014 and 2017 who separated from the Education Ministry took along with them their official vehicles.

Two of the vehicles were returned except for one Honda Accord in the possession of the former Deputy Minister.

The Auditor-General has directed the Education Ministry to recover the vehicle.

These were contained in the 2017 Auditor-General’s Report.

Mrs Elizabeth Amoah-Tetteh, was appointed by late President J.E.A Mills in 2009 to serve in his government. She was also Member of Parliament for Twifo Atti Morkwa Constituency, in the Central region.
