An employee of Success FM who also reports for Peace FM in Accra, King George, has been shot dead by armed robbers.
The incident, Kasapafmonline.com learnt, happened at Kwapong in the Asunafo South District of the Brong Ahafo Region.
The exact time was immediately not known.
George, according to eye witnesses, suffered his untimely death while going to file a story from Sankore.
“We heard armed robbers were on the road and nobody can tell why he was shot. Sometimes, if the armed robbers are able to figure out that you know them, they will shot you. I believe that is what happened to George. Those who shot him may have been area boys,” a source who is familiar with the situation told this website Thursday.
