The 22 frustrated Judges and Magistrates cited in Anas’ expose have filed a motion to seek an injunction against the premiere of the documentary that uncovers the scandal in the Judiciary, Kasapafmonline.com can confirm.

The ace Investigative Journalist has billed the showing of the investigative documentary on the massive rot in Ghana’s Judiciary for September 22, 2015.

But information gathered by this website indicates that the Judges are headed to the High court to stop the move by the TiGER EYE PI Investigative Team.

Anas’ exposé

In the latest investigation, which is yet to be premiered in Accra, thirty-four judges at the country’s High Courts, the Circuit and District courts were captured on camera taking bribes from litigants whose cases come before them.

Some of the culprits have also been linked to sex scandals in the three-hour edited video emanating from a two-year investigation into corrupt practices in the Judicial Service.

Anas has since petitioned the President John Dramani Mahama, the Chief Justice and the Attorney General to begin processes to remove the judges found in the video to be taking bribes and extorting money from litigants.
