The full list of winners for the 2018 Ghana Outstanding Women Awards (GOWA) has been announced at a colourful event held at the Alisa Hotel in Accra, Ghana on Friday, November 30.
The award scheme seeks to confer honours on Ghanaian women, who have impacted the growth of the country in areas, such as politics, health, education, sports and showbiz.
The maiden edition of the award ceremony had High profile personalities from the diplomatic corps, politics, arts and entertainment, media graced the well-organized event.
Adom FM’s Afia Pokua was adjudged the Outstanding Woman of the Year and outstanding woman on radio respectively.
