A woman believed to be in her 60s and resident of Abaama, a suburb of Adjen Kotoku in the Ga West Municipality, has lost her life in bizarre circumstances.
Residents suspect the woman whose identity is yet to be known, was electrocuted after getting in contact with an electrified container shop.
Her dead body was seen under the fenced electric cables against the porch of the structure few minutes after 6:00am, Sunday, January 27, 2019
The deceased, according to the resident, collects empty sachets that have been indiscriminately disposed of in the vicinity.
Police personnel from Adjen Kotoku Police Station have picked the dead body and deposited it at Amasaman government hospital morgue.
The Police are yet to comment on the incident.
