The Credence Keep Fit Club, a subsidiary of Credence Micro Credit, will on Saturday 2 March 2019, embark on a massive cleanup exercise in Akweteyman.

The management, staff of Credence Micro Credit and other members of the Keep Fit will collaborate with Alliance Waste and the Traditional Council to get rid of filth in the Akweteyman vicinity in order to contribute their quota to Ghana’s Environmental Sanitation Policy.

According to Ms. Adeline Quarshie, Managing Director of Credence Micro Credit, the initiative is part of efforts aimed at ensuring cleanliness in Accra, in line with President Akufo-Addo’s vision of making the capital, the cleanest city in Africa by 2020.

The clean-up exercise held quarterly will also ensure that bye-laws on sanitation will be adhered to by inhabitants of Akweteyman.
