Australia-based Ghanaian Gospel songstress, Estelle Safowaa formerly Ohemaa Safowaa, is set to release a fresh tune for the Easter festivities on Friday 12th April 2019, dubbed, ‘Favour’.
Following the 2018 release, ‘Ma Ti Shock’, which gave her the mileage to be a blessing unto many who heard it, ‘Favour’ is sure going to acclimatize listeners to the undeserved escapades of God’s favour upon the life of a believer.
The tune hangs on some good old Highlife swing intertwined with an in-depth Twi lyrical composition backed by the unmistakable sound of blaring horns.
Composed and arranged by Estelle Safowaa and Samuel Boateng, the song advices listeners to love one another no matter the situation, condition, state and/or experience you are in and only be still and know that God will surely favour you soon.
Estelle puts it this way, ‘Don’t be discouraged, hate or hurt yourself for special favour of God is soon coming your way. Just as the special favour of God changed Esther and Joseph’s situations and made them become people of great significance, at the right time, this same favour is on the way to transform you, so be encouraged’.
Being an instrumental lead singer in her days at Bantama Church of Pentecost and having served as a backing vocalist for several top gospel artistes in the nation over the years, she brings on board a unique blend of great experience in vocal delivery coupled with an anointing that will greatly bless listeners all over the world.
