Eastern Regional Communications Director of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), David Prah has accused President John Dramani Mahama and the NDC government of stealing from the national coffers more than the alleged corrupt judges.
Mr. Prah said the Mahama-led government has failed Ghanaians due to the numerous corruption scandals, which has engulfed his administration.
He made this allegation while commenting on the video of some corrupt judges put together by Ace investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
He mentioned the issue of SADA, GYEEDA, ISOFOTON, Payment of self-created judgement debts, over pricing of government projects and others as some of the corrupt ways the government has stolen from the country.
“I think the NDC government paved way for all these alleged corrupt issues because of their numerous records which is negatively affecting other institutions to operate well.”
Mr. Prah however called on the general public to exercise patient on the issue of the alleged corrupt judges and wait for the outcome of any investigations.
He also called on Ghanaians to vote massively for Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo and the NPP in order come the 2016 elections.
“It is now time for Ghanaians to vote out this insensitive government out of power come 2016 to pave way for the NPP and Nana Akufdo Addo to help fix the mess created” he emphasised.
