Motivated by her own life and experiences, ace broadcaster Gifty Anti, known in current circles as Oheneyere Nana Dansoa‘s book ” A Bit Of Me ” just made number 1 on Amazons ” Survival Biographies Category”.

“A Bit of Me ” was dedicated at Trinity Baptist Church in Accra, on July 6 selling almost all 500 copies at the event. The dedication, graced by Founder of the Fountain Gate Chapel, Rev. Eastwood Anaaba as a guest speaker, saw many personalities and media in attendance.

This motivational, inspiring and uplifting, must-read book, was well authored, to inspire readers to be their best selves, regardless of the challenges they face in life.   It clearly highlights major approach strategies to curbing depression and approaching personal or social redress.

Oheneyere explained that, “ This book, breaks me down for readers, basically to let them know what my journey has been like and its continuity, highlighting the mistakes, failures and regrets.  I have had great times and the lessons fairly learnt, from every single experience i have been through and with that, every single page reaches out to readers, making them understand that, they are not alone.

The squares in front of the book, shows my brokenness but behind that, is a beautiful picture.  A picture of myself today, clearly relating to confidence, self-awareness, love, maturity and above all companionship with purpose.

“So this book goes to tell people that, it doesn’t matter what you go through, you just have to know that you are worthy… it is just a phase but if you can look beyond the brokenness you can move on,” she said.

Oheneyere Gifty Anti is a Ghanaian journalist and broadcaster.  She is currently a talk show host of the Standpoint TV programme; which discusses issues affecting women in Ghana and beyond.

In a recent interview, Gifty Anti expressed profound gratitude to Majorie Boafo  ( Marjy Marj ), a Ghanaian entrepreneur and author based in the US, who helped her put the book on Amazon. ( Released on 30th July and now number 1, in less than a week in its category https://www.facebook.com/ThisMarjyMarj/posts/380682102634736 ). She further appreciated her husband Nana Ansah Kwao IV, chief of Adumasa township in the Eastern Region for his unflinching support and motivation to the latter.

The author and talk show host of ‘The StandPoint’, and a former news anchor is confident her story will serve as an encouraging and motivational piece, which would push readers to keep believing in themselves and keep living with positivity.
