At least 100 staff of Vodafone Ghana have been sent home under a redundancy exercise, Kasapafmonline.com has confirmed.

The restructuring exercise taking effect in October has affected almost all departments and business units including some managers of the company, a source told Kasapafmonline.com.

Officials say, the affected staff  would be treated with respect and decency and in accordance with the country’s labour laws and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) of the company.

External Affairs Director of Vodafone Ghana, Mr Gayheart Mensah told Graphic the company was restructuring “how it operates in order to remain fit-for-purpose, agile and numble.”
