Ghanaian artiste, Sarkodie is a ‘Year of Return’ initiative Brand Ambassador.
The honour was conferred on him by Honourable Barbara Oteng Gyasi, Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, during the Ghana Creative Arts Forum held at the National Theatre in Accra.
Sarkodie was presented with a citation highlighting his consistency, creativity and quest for music excellence and his contribution to the Ghana Music Industry.
During his historic ‘Best International Flow’ award speech at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards, he dedicated the award to his daughter, Adalyn Owusu Addo (Titi), and encouraged the audience to visit Ghana as part of the Year of Return initiative.
