King Promise

Award-winning Ghana singer King Promise last Sunday sold out the famous Scala
live event centre in London.

After previously selling out 2 Venues in Berlin and Hamburg respectively in
Germany, the Legacy Life Entertainment signee name will go down into history as of
the few artistes including his godfathers R2bees and Sarkodie to have sold out a
concert in London after unsuccessful attempts by some other Ghanaian acts.

Scala now plays host to many eclectic club nights and has featured live music acts
including Jon Boden, The Midnight, Smoke Fairies, Shed Seven, The
Libertines, Deftones, Slaves, Outlandish, London Elektricity, Coldplay, Tash Sultana, Foo
Fighters, The Killers, Gorillaz, Big Talk, Moby, HIM, Wheatus, Adam Ant, Sheryl Crow, Sara
Bareilles, Gavin DeGraw, Ray LaMontagne, Trampled by Turtles, Doomtree, Super Furry
Animals, The Chemical Brothers, Avril Lavigne, Enslaved, Gorgoroth, Lacuna Coil, Maroon
5, The Script, Melanie C, KLOQ, Gabrielle Aplin, Bastille, Wolf Alice, JAWS, Kaiser
Chiefs, Jedi Mind Tricks, P!nk, Louis Tomlinson and The Iterations.

According to the organizers of the event, the event was attended by almost 1500
patrons.

The “Tokyo” hitmaker was supported on the night by Ziezie, Eugy official, Kojo
Funds, NSG, Kwamz and Flavour, Br3nya, Mr. Eazi, Quamina MP, Big Shaq and
Priscilla (Love Island).

The show was hosted by Comedian Eddy Kadi and Adesope (ShopsyDoo).
