Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Papa Owusu Ankomah is in a stable condition after testing positive for coronavirus.
Earlier reports said he was in the intensive care unit (ICU) of a facility in the UK where he was reportedly responding to treatment.
In a statement issued by the Commission on the condition of the High Commissioner on Wednesday, April, 15, 2020 urged all to join in praying for his full recovery.
Meanwhile, the Commission has entreated the public to be restrained in their utterances and avoid uninformed speculation about the health status of the High Commissioner.
