President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will later today, Sunday, April, 19, 2020 update the nation with Ghana’s enhanced response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The scheduled broadcast, is the 7th so far and comes on the heels of an earlier televised address to the nation on Thursday, 9 April 2020.

Ghana has on Saturday, April, 18, 2020 recorded 193 more cases of the deadly COVID-19 putting the country’s total case count at 834.

The new cases were recorded from the enhanced contact tracing and testing being undertaken by the Ghana Health Service.

At least nine persons have died from the disease while 99 people have recovered and discharged.
