The Eastern Regional Minister and Member of Parliament for Nkawkaw Constituency, Eric Kwakye Darfuor has lost the parliamentary primary to his contender Joseph Frimpong.
He polled 159 votes while Joseph Frimpong garnered 206 votes.
At Suhum constituency, the sitting MP who is an old guard in Parliament was also defeated.
He polled 272 votes whereas his contender Kwadwo Asante secured 394 votes.
In Manhyia North Constituency, incumbent Member of Parliament, Collins Owusu Amankwah, has lost to a newbie, Akwasi Konadu.
While Mr Amankwah polled 273 votes, his major contender, Konadu garnered 278 votes.
A total of five votes were rejected.
This means all three sitting MPs cease to go to parliament come January 7, 2021.
