Comfort Sarfo, better known by her stage name as Nana Ama Serwaa is a Ghanaian Gospel Musician, Songwriter, and backing vocalist.

She was born into a strict Christian home where devotion to the things of God was a must, the sentence “I wouldn’t go to church today” was forbidden.

She, however, started singing in the children’s choir at age 8 and also participated in a couple of singing competitions then too.

Nana Ama Serwaa has paid her dues over the years by contributing her quota to the success of many top Ghanaians musicians.

As a backing vocalist, she has worked with the likes of Bice Osei Kuffour aka Obour, Paa Solo, Ampadu, Patient Nyarko, Philippa Barfi, Diana Hamilton( Ensi wo yie) Kwabena Bour. Pentecostal Praises, and No Tribe.

Others include; Great Ampong, Kyei Barfuor, Betty Baidoo, Prof Abraham, Asomani, Osuani Africa, Ernest Opoku, Agnes Opoku Agyeman, Evangelist Diana Asamoah and Hetty Borngreat ( oko Nana mereko).

Nana Ama Serwaa is currently working on his first major single “Bo Yen Ho Ban”, which is scheduled for release on September 15, 2015.

She is entreating everything to anticipate the release.
