The Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO) have set October 23, 2020, for its 4th Annual General Meeting at the KNUST School of business in Kumasi.
In a statement released by the Public Relation Officer of the organization, Prince Tsegah, the meeting will be streamed live via www.ghamroonline.com or Youtube at 10am.
According to the statement issued, stakeholders of the society will be briefed on reports from the Directors, Auditors and Financial Statements for the years ended 31st December 2018 and 2019.
The meeting will approve for inclusion changes proposed at the Regional meeting on the draft constitution, to adopt the New Draft Constitution and also to select an Election Committee further to the adopted constitution.
One hundred members are expected to be at the auditorium, with the participation of the rest of members strictly via a virtual platform.
