A leading member of the National Democratic Congress, Justice Ampofo is dead. He committed suicide.
Ampofo, who is part of the ruling Party’s communication team in the Easter Region was found hanging on a mango tree at Koforidua Asokore Tuesday morning.
Locals are yet to establish what led to his death.
His body has since been deposited at the St. Josephs Hospital morgue.
