The High Court in Accra (Labour Division) presided over by His Lordship Justice Frank Rockson Aboadwe has adjourned the case between the leadership of the National Labour Commission (NLC) and University Teachers Association (UTAG) to February 15.
This was after the parties had returned to court after the court had given them to settle the matter out of court.
But, there have still not reached any settlement yet after a series of meetings.
In court on Thursday, February 10, the judge invited the parties to approach the bench when the parties announced themselves.
After over 30 minutes of discussions, the case was adjourned.
