The Headmistress of Ajumako Mando Senior High School in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District of the Central Region, Miss Roseline Ayorkor Sowah has appealed to Government to support the School authorities to complete all uncompleted projects in the School.

According to her, though the School is having some developmental projects it is not enough to accommodate all the students as numerous projects initiated by the government and Parents Teachers Association which are under construction have been abandoned.

She noted that Classrooms, Dormitories and Headmistress Bangalow projects have been abandoned in the bush but need urgent attention to be completed as many Teachers are living outside the School Premises due to inadequate accommodation.

Miss Roseline Ayorkor Sowah thanked the government, the Member of Parliament for Ajumako Enyan Essiam Constituency Hon. Ato Forson, the District Chief Executive for the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District Hon. Rev. Ransford Emmanuel Kwesi Nyarkoh, the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District Education Director Mrs, Sabina Aba Wilson, the Board Chairman for the School Mr.James Ebenezer Kobina Dadson, and all old Students of the School for their massive support for the school.

The Ajumako Enyan Essiam District Education Director Mrs. Sabina Aba Wilson in her Speech advised parents to support their ward’s education.

She noted some parents have stopped providing some basic needs of their wards in school due to Free Senior High School policy.

Mrs. Sabina Aba Wilson encouraged parents to visit their wards in school during visiting hours to access their ward’s academic performance.

Lastly, the District Chief Executive for Ajumako Enyan Essiam District Hon. Rev. Ransford Emmanuel Kwesi Nyarkoh addressing the gathering during the School’s 9th Speech and Prize Giving Day and Launching of the School’s 40 Anniversary said the government is doing its best to solve the challenges facing the school.

He said the government will continue to support the school in diverse ways and ensure uncompleted buildings have been completed.

Some of their Old Students such as the Guest Speaker, Mr. Francis Amoako-Mensah, Mr.Malik Kofi Assan, Mr. Adu Mohammed pledged that they will do their best to complete the uncompleted projects in the School.
