Management of CEDECO group of companies has donated to orphans at the Royal Seed Orphanage home at Awutu Papaase in the Awutu Senya East District of the Central Region.
The group donated numerous items including bags of rice, drinks, packs of bottle water, boxes of biscuits, Sugar, Clothes, bags, shoes among others.
Speaking in an interview with Kasapa News Yaw Boagyan, the Financial Manager for the Company Mr. Sabastian Selasi Yarmasah said the company always ensures that it seeks the interest of its customers and also support the needy in society.
According to him, as the World Celebrates Christmas, the Company deemed it right and necessary to put smiles on the faces of the needy, adding that this was not the first time and will not be the last the company is doing such gesture.
He urged the general public, private individuals, Philanthropists and Companies to also donate to the needy as there’s blessing in giving to others.
He also promised to supply them with some building materials and continue to help the orphanage whenever his support is needed.
Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer for the Royal Seed Orphanage Home, Noami Esi Amoah who received the donated items thanked the Company for such donation.
She promised to make good use of them and ensure that the Children are catered for.
She then appealed to individuals and organisations to emulate the kind gesture of CEDECO group of Companies.
Naomi Esi Amoah said the orphanage needs building materials to finish their uncomplicated buildings since the Children are packed in a room with excessive heat.
According to her, the facility also needs to be fenced since thieves are harrazing them
