The Kasoa Ofaakor Circuit Court presiding over by his Honor Oheneba Antwi Boasiako has sentenced a 60 year old man, Isaac Kyeki to seven years imprisonment for defiling his twelve year old granddaughter at Awutu Ofakor UN city.
The convict is said to have sent the victim to buy him banana and while handing it over to him in his room, he pushed her onto his mat and forcefully removed her dress and had sex with her.
The convict admitted in court that he had defiled the victim five times but warned her not to disclosed to anybody.
The Judge in giving his judgment said the convict had made the court’s work easy by admitting he’s committed the crime.
The convict is has begun his serving his seven years sentence at the Ankaful Prisons.
