The Management of the National Service Scheme says it has secured approval from the government for an upwards adjustment of monthly allowances for National Service Personnel.
In a press release dated July 23, 2023 and signed by the Acting Director Corporate Affairs, Ambrose Entsiwah Jnr stated that the adjustment is from Ghc559.04 to Ghc715.57 with effect from January 2023.
He further stated the Controller and Accountant General has been directed to give effect to the new levels of the personnel.
