The Chief Executive Officer of Philips Construction Limited, Philip Agbozo has advised Ghanaians as a whole to avoid cheap labour and involve experts when building to avert future disaster.
According to him, most Ghanaians are subjected to cheap labour when building and later regret since there can be a mishap in the building creating a disaster.
Speaking to Ohenewaa Kesse Boahene, Gargantuan lady on CTV Obra mu nsem, he said, Ghanaians should involve experts like Engineers to direct and advise them in their planning and building of houses.
‘’Most Ghanaians like cheap labour in building and this affects them to incur debt in the future since there can be a disaster, why then don’t one bring experts to help them plan and build well to prevent debt’ he said.
He advised the youth to be well focused and determined and plan to build a portable house but ensure they involve experts before commencing the building.
