
The Chief Executive Officer of the Enyan Denkyira Rural Bank Mr. Dawda Erskine has advised Ghanaians to have confidence in banks especially the rural banks.
According to him, the collapse of banks in the recent past has made many Ghanaians lose confidence in the banks.
He said currently many banks have improved their services; hence Ghanaians must save with banks for their own benefits.
According to him, Enyan Denkyira Rural Bank is one of the best performing and fastest growing rural banks in the Country and did not experience any setback during the banking sector challenges due to excellent management of the financial firm.
Mr. Dawda Erskine advised people in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District, Mfantseman Municipality, Asikuma Odobeng Brakwa District and other surrounding districts to partner with Enyan Denkyira Rural Bank for good and effective business.
He said, apart from rendering its core services, the bank is also doing social services such as provision of drinkable water, supporting the Education Directorate in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District, supporting most of the Senior High Schools when they called for their support among others.
Speaking in an interview with GHOne News during 40th Annual General Meeting of Enyan Denkyira Rural Bank, the immediate past Managing Director of Agriculture Development Bank, Dr. John Kofi Mensah also advised Ghanaian Youth to stay away from trying to make quick money using illegitimate means such as defrauding people.
He added that it is good that the youth do legitimate work and earn money which is not tainted.
