The Director General of National Lottery Authority, NLA), Sammy Awuku says the NPP will win the 2024 election on strategy.
Awuku asserted that the NPP’s victory will beat the imagination of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), emphasizing a focus on securing a majority of parliamentary seats as a key determinant for success in the presidential race.
According to Sammi Awuku, the party that wins majority of parliamentary seats will win the presidential election which the NPP is seriously working on it.
Sammi Awuku said this after he was acclaimed by delegates in Akuapem North on Saturday December 2,2023.
Sammi Awuku was declared the unopposed candidate in the New Patriotic Party’s parliamentary primaries for the Akuapem North constituency.
The incumbent Member of Parliament, Ama Dokua Asiamah, opted not to seek reelection but instead entered the Okaikoi North parliamentary primary.
Mr. Awuku assured to work harder to maximize votes of the NPP in Akuapem North.
